Low in alcohol and refreshingly tart, Berliner Weisse presents a thirst quenching option in Adelaide’s warmer months. It is naturally highly carbonated which gave rise to Berliner Weisse being nicknamed ‘The Champagne of the North’.
It is traditionally served with a flavoured syrup, so you can choose to have it served straight up, or with your choice of flavoured syrup – raspberry / peach / elderflower.
