Beer is made from 4 main ingredients: hops, malt, yeast and water – but it’s what you do with these that creates different flavours and styles. Our brewery has been purposely designed to produce lagers more efficiently, and coupled with double the normal lagering time, creates the clarity you see and a more traditional taste. 

Our beer styles have been meticulously chosen to create balanced and easy drinking beers for you to enjoy. South Australian fruit and botanicals are added to selected beer styles, producing standout flavours.

Our range has been classified into six distinct categories – based on their flavours and characteristics: Crisp & Clean, Dark & Roasty, Malty & Sweet, Fruit & Spice, Hoppy & Bitter and Sour & Tart.

Once you get to tasting each different category, you’ll begin to discover what you like, and from there you can visit through the seasons to try each categories new releases.
