A well attenuated, copper beer.  Rich toasty, toffee malt character balanced by a robust bitterness to give drinkability. 

Visuals

Clean, clear copper in colour with a fluffy white head.

Deeper malt and caramels.

Flavour

Deep malt, caramel and toast. Light spice and red apple notes. A firm bitterness to bring everything together.

Mouthfeel

Medium bodied, firm bitterness and clean finish.
